Board approves £6m donation to Nominet Trust and September Communiqué

Following another strong financial year, Nominet has made a £6m charitable donation to Nominet Trust.

The Nominet Board approved the donation at their September meeting.

Lesley Cowley, Nominet CEO, comments: “It has been another successful year for the Trust and I would like to congratulate them on their achievements. I am pleased that once again strong business performance has allowed us to continue our commitment to the Trust. This donation will ensure they are able to continue to support innovative use of the Internet to address the important social and economic challenges that we currently face.”

It is thanks to the generous investment from Nominet that allows us to make this happen. We would like to thank Nominet for their continued support of our work.
