Customer Satisfaction surveys 2014

We are committed to providing all of our customers with the highest levels of service and your opinion is important to us. In May we are running a three month trial using a different method of measuring the level of satisfaction for the support services that we offer.

We will be offering an interactive voice response (IVR) survey at the end of every call we receive. Customers will have the option to choose whether to complete the survey and give us feedback about the service they have received.

The results of all our customer surveys are important to us. By identifying any shortfalls between your expectations and our performance, we can concentrate on areas for improvement. Your responses can also influence future direction and policy at Nominet.
