Your Pension

We offer a Group Personal Pension (GPP) that meets the requirements of the government’s auto enrolment scheme. This pension enables our people to save in a tax efficient environment and to give the utmost flexibility, portability and control over retirement savings. We match our people’s personal contribution of between 1% and 5% of basic monthly salary into the company’s GPP, with higher contributions for senior roles.

To help our people get back to full health quickly we provide you a private medical scheme.

Employee Assistance Programme

We all experience big life events at one time or another. And whether they’re good or bad, happy or sad, being prepared can make all the difference. Our professional help, advice and counselling is there to help, and you or anyone else in your household can take advantage by phone or online, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Life Assurance

If you die while employed by us, we’ll arrange to pay life assurance of 4x your base salary to a nominated person.

Cycle to Work Scheme

If you’re a keen cyclist, or if you’d like to become one, you can get a bike and accessories worth up to £1000 through our cycle to work scheme for you to use to travel to work and back. It works as a salary sacrifice style benefit which means you could save quite a bit on the cost of your gear. Hire periods generally last from 12-18 months after which you’ll be able to choose from a range of ownership options.

Finally, we have lots of close links with a number of wellbeing services which not only help if you’re poorly, but can also help you stay healthy, too. Services include flu vaccinations and health screenings.

Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Parental Leave

Our maternity and paternity policies both offer more than statutory requirements, and we’re always reviewing them to make sure they offer as much support as possible.

Childcare Voucher Scheme

Our people can purchase childcare vouchers directly from their monthly pay through a salary sacrifice scheme. Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for all types of registered childcare, including holiday clubs, before and after school clubs, childminders, nannies, nurseries and play schemes.

Flexible Working

We’re always happy to discuss how flexible working might help you, and we’re also pretty clued up about how technology can allow you to work from home if necessary.

Time off

As much as we love being at work, we all need a holiday from time to time - and our time off benefits add plenty of choice and flexibility in to the mix.

25 days’ holiday

With 25 days’ paid holiday plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays in England, you should have no problem getting your work/life/leisure balance just right.

Holiday Carry Over/Cash Payments

You can exchange up to 5 days of your holiday as a cash payment at the end of each holiday year if you haven’t used them – or you can carry over 5 days into the next holiday year.


If you’ve been with us for more than 5 years, you can apply for up to 3 months’ unpaid leave once in every subsequent 5 year period. Sabbaticals are ideal for travelling, for doing voluntary work, or for beefing up your education – but you do need to ask your manager to approve it first.

Time off for emergencies

We know that all kinds of things can happen unexpectedly – and your manager will support all reasonable requests for time off to deal with family or other emergencies.
